Social Media is an Intensive, meaning it happens in a short time span (1 day in NYC, or 2 days on Zoom). The course includes a mixture of lectures and exercises. It’s open to writers of any level. Farther down, you can view a syllabus for this course.

Social media is an essential tool for boosting the presence of individuals and businesses. Writers of all kinds use social media to attract an audience for their work. And businesses of all kinds use social media to increase awareness and sales. It’s not just a good way to stay in touch or waste time; it’s a necessary tool for success.

Social media, however, is an evolving form, changing monthly, and you must stay abreast of the latest developments. Here you will learn how to best utilize social media, as well as explore the major platforms—Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube.

Knowledge is power, and this course will show you how to unleash the enormous potential of social media.
