Blog & Newsletter Launch

Available remotely

You want to start a blog or newsletter. But you need technical help uploading and arranging material. Or you want help learning how to maintain and operate your blog/newsletter. No matter where you are, Gotham’s Blog & Newsletter Launch can help.

We put you together, for a total of three hours, with one of our Blog/Newsletter experts—crackerjacks who are good at listening and know the ins-and-outs of the most popular blog/newsletter platforms. When you’re done, you’ll have a great-looking blog or newsletter that you can update on your own.

In particular, you will learn to:

  • Customize your blog/newsletter’s design and layout to suit your taste (using your platform’s available templates)
  • Post text, photos, videos, links, and more
  • Set up widgets that connect your blog or newsletter to your social media platforms

Our experts will help you choose the right platform and field your questions. (For blogs, we suggest WordPress.com, Squarespace, or Wix. For newsletters, we suggest Substack.)

Note: This is not a web design or coding service. And we can only take your design as far as the templates of your chosen platform allow. If you want a fully customized design for your blog/newsletter, then you will be better off hiring a designer.

Tuition: $350

Blog & Newsletter Launch is only offered via Zoom.

You work with your Blog/Newsletter expert for a total of three hours, but in three separate Zoom sessions:

Session 1 – 45-minute session, plus a homework assignment related to the work on your blog/newsletter

Instructor spends 15 minutes, independently, evaluating your homework assignment

Session 2 – 45- minute session, plus another homework assignment

Instructor spends 15 minutes, independently, evaluating your homework assignment
