The Gotham Writers Conference will take place on Zoom, October 16-18, 2020.
It will unfold like this:
Panels and Presentations (Days 1 and 2) — Take a peek behind the publishing curtain with six eye-opening and entertaining panels and presentations. This is for people who are ready for publication or just gearing up to enter the publishing process. Plus, a Write-In.
Pitching Roundtables (Day 3) — Each roundtable will have two agents and a group of pre-selected writers with book projects. You spend the day with your "table"—pitching, reading pages, and discussing your work. There will be tables specializing in: mainstream/literary novels, genre novels, middle grade/young adult novels, picture books, and nonfiction books.
Anyone can attend the Panels and Presentations, but you must apply and be selected to participate in a Pitching Roundtables.
