Noah Ballard is an agent at Curtis Brown, Ltd. He studied creative writing at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and began his career in publishing at Emma Sweeney Agency. Noah focuses on literary fiction, short story collections and narrative non-fiction, including memoir, journalism and pop culture.
J. L. Stermer is an agent at New Leaf Literary & Media, a full-service literary agency, where she represents both fiction and non-fiction projects. She was previously a part of the literary team at UTA, and prior to that served as an agent/contracts director at the Donald Maass Literary Agency.
Jennifer Udden is an agent with the Barry Goldblatt Agency, where she represents fiction authors, specializing in science fiction and fantasy, urban fantasy, mysteries, romance, and speculative young adult literature. She’s written for KGB Literary magazine, and is co-host of the literary podcast Shipping and Handling. She holds a BA from Mount Holyoke College.
is an agent with the Jennifer De Chiara Literary Agency, where she represents both fiction and nonfiction authors, as well as young adult authors and some select middle-grade. She formerly worked at the Marianne Strong Literary Agency, and at the publisher W.W. Norton & Company. She contributed to the book Create Your Writer Platform (Writer’s Digest Books), and is a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators. She holds a BA from Sarah Lawrence College.
