Tony Conniff owns and operates his own recording studio where he produces and co-writes with many artists, including Sam Harris (title song for the PBS special "Love Letter to New York") and National Slam Poet Champion, Alix Olson. He also produces, arranges, and records song demos. He has written and produced songs, jingles, and underscores for many clients, including PBS, HBO, HSN, BET, and Time. He scored "Bowery Dish," an acclaimed documentary on the Sundance Channel; the feature film Slings and Arrows; and produced the title song for "The McCourts of Limerick" on Showtime.
Alex Forbes has written numerous hit singles, including "Don't Rush Me" for Taylor Dayne (#2 Pop, #3 Adult Contemporary, #6 Dance, ASCAP Pop Award), "You Are Water" for Hayley Westenra on the album Odyssey (#1 UK Classical/NZ Pop), "Nothin' My Love Can't Fix" for Joey Lawrence (#19 Pop), and "Too Turned On" for Alisha. Her songs have appeared in feature films (Déjà Vu, Off and Running, Cookie, Cop and a Half, The Experts) and on television (Dance Moms, Make It Or Break It, All My Children, Melrose Place, The Guiding Light, Beyond Chance). She is the author of the songwriting books Songlab and Write Songs Right Now (both Blackstone Audio). She has toured the U.S. and Europe in support of her two solo albums, released on independent labels. She has taught at New York University, the ASCAP Foundation, and the National Academy of Popular Music. She holds a BA from Stanford University, and was mentored by the legendary Doc Pomus.
Jody Gray has written for artists as diverse as Judy Collins, Ray Charles, Grace Jones, Al Franken and Air America, Clifford the Big Red Dog, Jimmy Fallon, and Rachel Dratch. He has produced over 30 LP’s, including several multi-platinum hits in the Pacific Rim. Gray is currently co-writing and producing songs for the Space Racers album, drawn from the current, public TV, animated series, which he also helmed as musical director and composer. His work has been featured on many network and cable television channels, including contributions to Sex And the City, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Sesame Street (Abby’s Flying Fairy School, Noodles and Nedd), Courage the Cowardly Dog (104 episodes), and the feature films Clifford’s Really Big Movie (WB), Arthur’s Missing Pal (Lionsgate), Stellaluna (MGM), What’s the Name of the Dame? (Fig Jam), and the soon-to-be-released Drawing Home (Myra Entertainment). He attended the Julliard School.
